What challenges are African countries facing in natural resource management towards achieving sustainable development?

The Eighth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 8) will be held from 27th to 28th August 2022. Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), with Forestry Agency of Japan, International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO) and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) as co-hosts, will organize a side event named “Nature-based Solutions Toward a Resilient and Prosperous Africa” on 26^th Aug. 2022.
